The challenge
Acttiv, a leader in tourist entertainment and leisure, needed a corporate site its own team could edit top to bottom, without going through development for every change.
And it needed to streamline contact management: capturing contacts through a form, a voice or video message and, with AI, profiling them and automating email replies.
The solution
We built a fully custom WordPress on Gutenberg, with complete visual editing: the Acttiv team builds and changes pages on its own. We added AI-assisted contact management that captures contacts through a form, a voice or video message, profiles them and automates email replies.
The platform includes a visual catalogue of over 1,000 activities, is multilingual and integrates Angular web components for the client area and interactive contact points.

Results
Acttiv runs its own site without relying on development, with a catalogue of over 1,000 activities and contact management sped up by AI. Where an ordinary corporate site stays a brochure, this is a platform the client operates and grows.
