The challenge
Acttiv, a leader in tourist entertainment, posts job offers, recruitment days and training across Europe. It needed its own job portal, multi-country and multilingual, to match that volume.
And it had to be genuinely fast and wired into the HR systems the client already used.
The solution
We designed and built Animajobs, an Angular PWA with a WordPress backend, multilingual and very fast, centralizing all job offers, recruitment and courses.
We integrated it with the client's HR systems, Salesforce and Bizneo, so applications and processes flow without manual work.
We also added a CV-based intake module: AI processes thousands of heterogeneous résumés and registers candidates directly into the client's systems, minimizing friction and making data entry easier for the user.

Results
A multi-country job portal that flies and lives wired to the client's systems, with thousands of CVs processed by AI and candidates onboarded without friction. Where a job board falls short, Animajobs drives recruitment across a whole European network.
