The challenge
The UGT Federation of Services, Mobility and Consumption was juggling several scattered sites, hard to maintain and to use. It needed to consolidate them into a single, clear and manageable site.
And it had to do so with a large organization behind it, without giving up a polished experience for members.
The solution
We designed and built the new site on WordPress with Full Site Editing and Gutenberg visual block editing: information architecture, UX/UI and original illustrations.
We handled provisioning and mass data loading to consolidate the different sites into one, making the most of WordPress's latest capabilities.

Results
A single, clear and maintainable site where there used to be several scattered ones. For a large organization, getting "a bit of everything" right is exactly the hard part: architecture, design, illustration and data, well stitched together.
